InsDoc allows you to select electronic files on
a local or network PC and store them in the
InsDoc repository. This is a perfect way to
manage Microsoft Office documents, PDFs, or even
scanned images. In addition, if you currently
use your copy machine (MFP) to scan to a network
directory, you can simply browse to this folder,
select the file(s), and upload them into InsDoc.
Once in InsDoc, your files can be indexed,
secured, shared, and backed-up.
