Finding your documents in InsDoc
is easy. You can use the simple search feature to
type in a file name or partial name to locate a
file. For more advanced searches,InsDoc offers the
following features:
Search user-defined document
types for specific index fields. For example,
searching for invoices by PO Number or contracts
by Vendor Name.
The ability to conduct multiple
searches simultaneously. For example, search for
all contracts between March and April belonging to
the vendor ACME Corporation.
Search on specific criteria
(equals, contains, less than, greater than, etc.)
