Our Insurance Processing Center (IPC) follows formal
methodologies that has been in effect for over a decade.
Our global delivery model is hinged on our center in
Cleveland which is primarily the control point for our
US and European clients. Our proven model enables our
Cleveland licensed insurance staff to extend high quality
services to our clients.
Our proven processes enable us to quickly ramp up
resources in India as the project progresses and saturate
Knowledge process over a short period of time. Our US
personnel will visit India and work side-by-side with our
staff in our centers in India for three months and will
bring some key personnel from India to the US to work in
our office for three months. This process is executed
continually for every client until we achieve a fair level
of knowledge saturation across our offices. Our center in
Cleveland will continue to provide the single point of
contact and first level of support while leveraging
offshore service center.
