InsuranceIsland is housed in a Category 5 secured data center (NTT/Verio). Strictly monitored access using keycard protocols, biometric scanning protocols, and continuous interior and exterior surveillance, is limited to data center personnel only, without exception. Certified networking and security teams are trained to the highest industry standards and thoroughly experienced in managing and monitoring enterprise level networks. InsuranceIsland equipment and software is deployed in multiple redundant capacities and is tested and maintained to provide constant access for InsuranceIsland accounts.

InsuranceIsland owns the software and infrastructure that supports the InsuranceIsland application. However, the customer retains all rights to their data and may access/download it as long as their account is current and in good standing (paid).

InsuranceIsland always reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including without limitation, to remove accounts that InsuranceIsland determines in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or this Privacy Policy or Terms of Use.

InsuranceIsland does not review the documents and data stored in your InsuranceIsland account. It is the sole obligation of the InsuranceIsland users to abide by all laws and constitutions - illegal activity violates the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
